Orion offers rush service, and can respond onsite from Boston to New York within four hours, Pittsburgh to Washington within eight hours, and most other locations in the continental United States within twenty-four hours. We advise clients on collection of sample material when it is not feasible for us to collect sample material onsite. See recommendations* for containing samples for shipment.
Please note that Orion does not undertake authenticity study on sample material disembodied from questioned property, and requires a chain of custody form (left) to receive physical evidence from crime scene investigators or materials related to insurance claims or civil investigations.
